About Us
Our Mission
New Genesis Housing Development was established in June 2009. Our mission is to provide affordable housing opportunities for low to moderate income individuals and families in the Greater Central Valley of California. New Genesis HDC provides advocacy services in and for families to better improve neighborhoods and communities. New Genesis also supports within its structure a Faith -Based & Community Initiatives Network to empowered individuals and organizations to better improve their communities. Under the umbrella of NGHD, s Faith - Based and Community Initiatives Network, the organization will be launching in late 2021 a theology school called The New Genesis Theological Institute. It will be a hybrid of in person and online study to educate and empower people of faith to better serve their communities.

Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference. New Genesis Housing Development works with many community and neighborhood partners with the aim to better support and empower individuals and families to help them achieve their dreams and objectives. New Genesis Housing Development with government entities on the local, state and federal level and for profit businesses in the spirit of collaboration to and with the aim to achieve freedom and economic independence for those who desire to achieve it. CALNonprofits is a statewide alliance of nonprofit organizations that work to bring the full power of California, s non-profit community for the betterment of the Golden State. New Genesis Housing Development is more connected to the non-profit community in California as a member. New Genesis also adds its voice though CALNonprofits advocacy work in Sacramento, and networks with other like minded community organizations. In addition, New Genesis Housing Development Corporation is a Member of several groups and organizations. New Genesis Housing Development is a proud member of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, The African American Chamber of Commerce of San Joaquin County, The San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Public Health Advocates, and the Housing Justice Coalition of Stockton, California just to name a few of the groups and organizations that NGHD collaborate with to help improve neighborhoods and communities.

HE IS MARRIED WITH TWO GROWN CHILDREN. REV. WILLIAMS IS ALSO A SUCCESSFUL CHURCH PLANTER IN STOCKTON. HE IS THE FOUNDER, PASTOR/PRESIDENT OF NEW GENESIS OUTREACH MINISTRIES CHURCH. HE IS ALSO A ENTREPRENEUR. HE IS THE OWNER/PRESIDENT OF DWIGHT WILLIAMS ENTERPRISES . D. W. E. IS A BUSINESS ADVERTISING MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRM. PASTOR WILLIAMS LEADS A DYNAMIC TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND VOLUNTEERS IN A SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE THATS COMMITTED TO FINDING WIN-WIN SOLUTIONS TO COMPLEX ISSUES.

Non-Profit/For-Profit Education Services .The New Genesis Opportunities Initiative has a BOLD and FORWARD LEANING set of goals to help improve and empower neighborhoods and communities.
