Our primary mission is to buy homes, fix then up to rehabilitate with the goal to market to a first time home buyer or a reentry buyer . New Genesis Housing Development is planning to move in multi family housing in 2019. NGHD also supports Advocacy services for families to promote better Housing opportunities and Financial Literacy programs.

New Genesis Housing Development support several Community Initiatives to better the quality of life and Neighborhood Betterment. Outreach Advocacy in areas of Public awareness, Public Safety, Family Home Support are provided.New Genesis Housing Development also collaborate with other liked minded organizations and government agencies. New Genesis Housing Development also supports with In its structure The Healthy Neighborhoods - Healthy Communities project. The project advocates for better outcomes for wellness and improved quality of life for individuals and families.

New Genesis Housing Development has within its structure a FBCIN. It supports a network of churches, non profit groups and individuals to advance greater opportunities for greater community services. New Genesis Housing Development serves as a intermediary and facilitator to the community with government agencies on the local, state, and federal level. New Genesis Housing Development also is a advocate and promoter of the Opportunity Zone Program which is a federal government initiative designed to improve and empower disadvantaged neighborhoods and communities. NGHD, s Faith Based Network in partnership with it's sister church New Genesis Outreach Ministries is launching in late 2021 the New Genesis Theological Institute. NGTI will train and educate people of faith how to be trained in the Word of GOD to be more effective in ministry and business.
