Bishop Dwight Earl Williams has been a Public Servant and Community Change Agent for decades. He has held numerous positions of leadership on the local , regional, state and national levels. Among some of his past and current positions includes Vice President of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce,Former Member and Vice Chairman of the City of Stockton Planning Commission, former Chaplain with the Stockton Police Department and President of the Tri Valley Pastors and Ministers Fellowship. He currently serves as the Chairman of The San Joaquin County Commission on Aging, Former Chairman of The City of Stockton Measure A Citizens Advisory Committee, Chairperson of the San Joaquin County Children Services Coordinating Commission , Chairman of the San Joaquin County Republican Party and Vice President of the Ministerial Alliance of the San Joaquin Valley and President of The California Senior Alliance. In January 2025 Bishop Williams was elected by his colleagues as The Chairman of the City of Stockton Civil Service Commission.
