Bishop Dwight Earl Williams brings over 25 years of public service and community leadership. He is a successful Non-Profit Executive. He served for over 3 years as President of the Board of Directors of UCP of San Joaquin, Calaveras and Amador counties . He also served as Board President of People and Congregations Together for Stockton. Pastor Williams also served as a Nationally Nominated Representative and Member of the General Board of the American Baptist Churches USA for 6 years. 

Bishop Dwight Earl Williams is a successful businessman. He is the Owner/ President of Dwight Williams Enterprises a Business Advertising and Marketing Consulting Company. DWE owns Biz Star Solutions a Full Service Web Hosting and Public Relations Company. 

Bishop Williams is also the Founder, Pastor/President of New Genesis Outreach Ministries of Stockton Incorporated. New Genesis is a Nondenominational Church organization that is PASSIONATE about JESUS CHRIST and community outreach and engagement. 

Bishop Dwight Earl Williams has been a Public Servant and Community Change Agent for decades. He has held numerous positions of leadership on the local , regional, state and national levels. Among some of his past and current positions includes Vice President of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce,Former Member and Vice Chairman of the City of Stockton Planning Commission, former Chaplain with the Stockton Police Department and President of the Tri Valley Pastors and Ministers Fellowship. He currently serves as the Chairman of The San Joaquin County Commission on Aging, Former Chairman of The City of Stockton Measure A Citizens Advisory Committee, Chairperson of the San Joaquin County Children Services Coordinating Commission , Chairman of the San Joaquin County Republican Party and Vice President of the Ministerial Alliance of the San Joaquin Valley and President of The California Senior Alliance. In January 2025 Bishop Williams was elected by his colleagues as The Chairman of the City of Stockton Civil Service Commission.
